In order to register a EG or .COM.EG domain, the domain owner must meet the following requirements:
- The owner must be a company incorporated in any country.
- The owner must have a trademark in Egypt or a trademark registered from WIPO or under the Madrid Protocol, that matches the domain name.

Notes:
- Egyptian companies can apply for .COM.EG domains without using a trademark certificate as long as their company name matches the desired domain name.
